Seven Tools Bring Intuitive, Real-Time Color Correction to Your Timeline

color grading much simpler for beginners
Red Giant released the latest version of its suite of color-grading and -finishing tools for filmmakers, Magic Bullet Suite 13. Looks 4.0: With the addition of 50 new presets, this tool now has over 200 ways for you to apply a Hollywood design style quickly to any of your clips. A handy new feature in the updated scopes area is the ability to resize the scope to show further detail and, in particular, the fact that you can now zoom in and out of the hue/saturation scope.
Colorista IV: This handy color-correction tool now includes a step-by-step process for accurate and speedy shot balancing called “Guided Color Correction.” Then, with the inclusion of the new Colorista Panel, you can turn Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects into top-notch color-grading tools.
