Step 13: Now press-and-hold Option-Shift (PC: Alt-Shift) and click-and-drag any of the corner handles outward to scale the image up. You should only see the masked area of the image, which is static, thus resulting in an offset look you’d expect to see through cracked glass. After scaling the image, go ahead and move it, if needed, to better position it in relation to the orig- inal subject layer. Press Return (PC: Enter) when done.
Step 14: Go under the Filter menu, under Blur, and choose Gaussian Blur. Set the Radius to 5.0 pixels and click OK. Then, at the top of the Layers panel, drop the Opacity to 75%.
Step 15: Now go back and select the original subject layer in the Layers panel and make another duplicate by pressing Command-J (PC: Ctrl-J).
